Thank you for shopping at adobefashions.com.

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on shipping, refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you’ve purchased from us.

 

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words in which the initial letter is capitalised have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in the plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Shipping, Return and Refund Policy:

“Company” (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Adobe

“Goods” refers to the items offered for sale.

“Orders” means a request by you to purchase goods from us.

“Website” refers to adobefashions.com, accessible from https://adobefashions.com

“You” means the individual accessing or using the service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the service, as applicable.

Shipping Timeline

We commit to shipping within 1-2 days of receiving your order. We follow the following process:

Day 0: Order received

Day 1-2: Order processed and dispatched. We call each customer before shipping the order to confirm if they are available and are not planning to cancel their order. We also use this opportunity to complete any missing information in your address.

Our AI tool also informs us of pin codes with higher risk of RTOs (when the product is not delivered in the first place). Based on the risk, we may ask customers to make a partial payment of Rs. 100/- (only on Cash orders) to ensure that the delivery happens. Incase, the customer ends up returning the product, we will refund the amount.

Once these formalities are complete – we ship the order.

Day 4-7: Order is received by the customer.

Day 5-14: Customer has time to decide if they want to keep the product or not. If they don’t want to keep the product for whatever reasons, they can file for return online.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an Order is 7 days from the date on which you received the goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must follow the following steps: 

 

    1. Click on the ‘Track my Order’ link that you received on your whatsapp when you ordered the product. Alternatively, you can log into your account on the website (https://adobefashions.com/adobefashions/account).

    1. Click on the ‘return’ option or the ‘replace’ option as per your choice. 

    1. Follow the directions as given on the website.

Timeline of Returns processing:

1-3 working days for the return to be accepted and for the goods to be picked up from the customer

8-10 working days for returns to be received by the seller

1-3 working days for the refund to be processed by the seller

Total: 10 – 16 working days for the refund to come to you from the day you file the return. 

We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 7 days
The goods are in the original packaging


The following goods cannot be returned:
The supply of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
The supply of goods that according to their nature are not suitable to be returned deteriorates rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
The supply of goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
The supply of goods that are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the risk of returning the goods to Us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We recommend contacting us to process the return. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
